Photography is one hobby I placed in the back burner for years. I could say that I've finally graduated from the old slr 35 mm film to a point and shooter digital to digital-slr. The nikon D40 kit comes with a 18 to 55 mm f/3.5-5.6 nikkor zoom lens. I've always enjoyed taking photographs of people, places and events.

tutubi,

the D40's price is a big factor for me, plus it has all the bells and whistles i could ask for. yun nga lang medyo limited ang glass which could function on AF mode. there's a lot of lens selection out there if you don't mind doing manual, which i think hones your camera skills a lot better than AF.

thanks!
