The photo was taken last weekend in Burbank during a graduation ceremony. The moment I saw this dude with his canine friend, I just knew that I should not let this pass uncaptured.
The couple on the right, in my opinion, makes the photo more interesting .

Ah that's so sweet! This proves on ce again the bond between a dog and his master. I had a cocker spaniel for 17 years, which I treated more like my own child than a dog. I miss him dearly to this day, but I just didn't want to deal with the major responsibility of having another dog for now.

the last dog i had was a golden retrriever, a sporting breed, good with kids, but demands a great deal of attention.
once a friend of mine climbed over the side gate of my house to get to my backyard (no one answering the door) to check if we're home.
romeo, my golden retriever, had never met this guy. romeo just tilted his head with a tennis ball in his mouth!! he didn't even bark at all!!
